Given the exceptional situation caused by the COVID-19 we want to reassure you that the entire EpicTV Shop/Banana Fingers team is working hard to guarantee our usual operations and minimise the impact for you as much as possible.

The carriers we work with continue to provide their services for domestic and international shipments. There are, for obvious reasons, slight delays on delivery and certain restrictions regarding availably of drop-off/delivery points (Post Offices, Relay Points, etc).

We understand that your local post office could be closed or you can’t leave your house due to the situation. For this reason, as a temporary extension our return period is extended to 100 days

Our customer service team is 100% operational and there to help you with all your needs. Feel free to contact us through our usual channels if you need any help.

That's why we offer you a choice between Royal Mail, DHL and DHL Express to guarantee that all orders will be shipped latest on the next working day (Monday if ordered the previous Friday), so you don't have to wait around to enjoy your new purchase.

EXTRA LARGE AND HEAVY ITEMS

Because of the excessively large size of bouldering pads and other products we must impose an extra delivery fee for orders including them, but we are happy to be able to deliver them worldwide with DHL.

FREE DELIVERY

We offer FREE economy Delivery with our default delivery company to the UK and mainland Europe for all orders of £60, 70€ and over. Nearly all our customers in the EU including UK get their packages within 3 working days, but for some countries it can take longer. And please note that if you live in a rural area (i.e. outside of an urban or city centre) you may experience slightly longer delivery times.

If you spend less than £60 or 70€, there is a flat-rate postage fee of £7.90 or 9.90€ (respectively). You are free to select an alternative delivery company for a small extra charge if one is available.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

We also offer DHL Express delivery as an option for the fastest possible delivery. When you place an order before 12pm (GMT+1) it is dispatched the same day and will be delivered to you the very next day in most cases within the Europe. All DHL deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. To calculate Express shipping costs we divide orders into three categories, light, heavy and very heavy. You can place as many 'light' items in your cart as you like (this includes shoes, harnesses, clothing, hardware etc) and we will still consider your order 'light'. However if you place a rope or hangboard in your cart it will be considered 'heavy'. If you place multiple heavy items in your cart your order will be classed as 'very heavy'. We suggest contacting us for a more accurate shipping quote if your order falls into this category.

Custom fees and import tax

When shipping to Europe outside the EU, please be aware that you may be subject to customs fees or import taxes based on the contents and value of your order, discount/store credit or any special promotion will not be included on the export tax document, please make sure to control the total of your order without the discount to calculate potential import tax.

The prices displayed in our Shop include a default VAT, which is 20% of the original value. Don’t worry, this will be removed during the checkout process. However, any additional fees or charges that occur over the importation process must be covered by you.

If your order is subject to duty payments, you should be sent instructions, along with the amount you are required to pay, from the relevant customs office. Sometimes this doesn't happen, and the driver may ask for a payment of the taxes and Customs Clearance Fees upon delivery.

When shipping outside of the EU your package will be subject to not only customs and import duty but often a layover at the customs depot. EpicTV Shop and our shipping partners cannot control this process and it could mean your package takes longer than expected to arrive. The shipping time given does not include any layover or delay caused by customs processing.

We are happy to be able to offer express delivery service with DHL Express as an option for the fastest possible delivery of your order, if you select it.

If you are looking to buy from outside Europe & USA - great news, we now ship worldwide*!

At EpicTV Shop, we know that nobody likes to wait. That's why we use DHL and Royal Mail to guarantee that all orders will be shipped the latest next working day (Monday if ordered the previous Friday), so you don't have to wait around to enjoy your new purchase.

Although we can't guarantee same-day shipping, we do endeavour to get all orders packaged and shipped as soon as we are able to. If you require an order urgently, your best bet is to select the DHL Express shipping options.

To give you an idea of when you can expect your parcel across the globe, it can take up to 5-9 days for deliveries to Australia, 7-9 days for Japan, and 6-8 days for deliveries to New Zealand by regular Royal Mail and DHL Express. Please note that depending on your shipping location ( remote area ) some extra delay can be caused on the delivery.

If you’re ordering from across the pond, expect 5-6 business day depending on whether you choose Royal Mail or DHL Express shipping at a charge of 20€ for orders under 130€. Thanks for choosing EpicTV!

Products We Can’t Send to the USA

Due to customs regulations, we are unable to ship liquids, such as spray-on chalk, to the USA.

Custom and import tax

Please be aware that you may be subject to customs fees or import taxes based on the contents and value of your order, discount/store credit or any special promotion will not be included on the export tax document, please make sure to control the total of your order without the discount to calculate potential import tax.

We have no control over any customs charges you may incur, so we can’t advise you on how much they might be. Subsequently, we are unable to reimburse you for any customs fees or import taxes you are subject to, whatever the circumstances.

Transport damage
